Law. Shall mean the Company's certificate of incorporation, as amended, the By-laws and any foreign, federal, state or local law, statute, rule, regulation, ordinance, code, directive, writ, injunction, decree, judgment or order applicable to the Company or the Subsidiaries.

Law. Shall mean any and all federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances, rules, judicial and administrative orders, injunctions, decrees or other legal requirements applicable to the Program or the Product or applicable to Neose due to its undertaking of the Program. Law shall include all U.S., EU, and Switzerland current good manufacturing practice regulations.

Law. Means all common law and all applicable provisions of constitutions, laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, treaties, regulations, permits, licenses, approvals, interpretations and orders of courts or Governmental Authorities and all orders and decrees of all courts and arbitrators.

Means each provision of any currently existing federal, state, local or foreign, civil and criminal law, statute, law, ordinance, order, code, rule, regulation or common law, promulgated or issued by any governmental authority (including, but not limited to, any environmental law, occupational safety and health laws and/or the WARN Act), as well as any judgments, decrees, injunction or agreements issued or entered into by any governmental authority.
