Lawson Entities. The term "Lawson Entities" shall mean the Company and any entity owned by the Company or related to or affiliated with the Company, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, now or at any time during Executive's employment with the Company and during the Restriction Period, including, but not limited to, Assembly Component Systems, Inc., Cronatron Welding Systems, Inc., Drummond American Corporation, Automatic Screw Machine Products Company, C.B. Lynn Company, Lawson Products, Inc.... (Ontario), Lawson Products de Mexico, Rutland Tool & Supply Company, and any other entity in which any one or more of them has an ownership interest at any time during Executive's employment with the Company and during the Restriction Period whether such entity is in the United States or elsewhere.
