Example Definitions of "Layoff"
Layoff. Any termination of service with the Company, other than termination as a result of Retirement, death, voluntary termination, or termination For Cause
Layoff. Any Means any termination of service (including service by a Consultant) with the Company, other than termination as a result of Retirement, death, voluntary termination, or termination For Cause Cause.

Layoff. Means a temporary suspension of the Employee's employment with the Employer which is affected by the Employer.
Layoff. Means a layoff or redundancy in the context of a reduction in force or restructuring that is communicated as being for a period of indefinite duration and exceeding twelve months.
Layoff. With respect to any Bargaining Unit Employee, a layoff with recall rights as described at Section 1(a) of Article X of the Bargaining Agreement.
Layoff. Elimination of a position of employment due to a lack of available funding or work, a reduction in the size of the work force, a reorganization, or other changes in the workplace which impacts staffing needs. A termination of employment is not due to Layoff unless so designated by the Company.
