LC Exposure

LC Exposure. At any time, the sum of (x) 100% of the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding standby and documentary Letters of Credit issued by the Bank to or for the account of the Applicant at such time at such time plus (y) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements made by the Bank in respect of Letters of Credit issued by the Bank to or for the account of the Pledgor that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Applicant at such time.

LC Exposure. At any time, the sum, without duplication, of (i) the aggregate amount that is (or may thereafter become) available for drawing under all Letters of Credit outstanding at such time plus (ii) the aggregate unpaid amount of all LC Reimbursement Obligations at such time.

LC Exposure. At any time, the sum of the aggregate Undrawn Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time plus the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total LC Exposure at such time.

LC Exposure. At any time, the sum of the U.S. LC Exposure, the Sterling LC Exposure, the Euro LC Exposure, the Saudi Riyal LC Exposure, and the Additional Currency LC Exposure
