LC Indemnification Agreement. Letter of Credit Indemnification Agreement, dated of even date herewith, between Agent and The CIT Group/ Commercial Services, Inc. in its capacity as agent for the Existing Salant Lenders with respect to certain of the Existing Salant Letters of Credit, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
