L/C Sublimit. An amount equal to the lesser of (a) $1,000,000.00 and (b) the amount of the Commitment. The L/C Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Commitment to make Revolving Loans

At any time, an amount equal to 50% of the Total Commitment in effect at such time less (i) the sum of the Stated Amount of all Letters of Credit outstanding at such time, less (ii) the aggregate amount of all unreimbursed draws under outstanding Letters of Credit at such time that have not been added to the Loan Account as Revolving Credit Loans.
