Lead List. Means a list of specific personal categories data for United States customers, as set forth on Exhibit A, for customers of InPhonic who place postpaid orders for wireless phone service through InPhonic's website for a wireless subscription plan and then InPhonic suspends processing of the order due to an exception during the risk assessment check.
