Lead Time

Lead Time. Means the amount of time in advance of shipment that Manufacturer must receive an Order in order to deliver Products by the requested delivery date, as specified for a particular Product in the relevant Exhibits or Orders.

Lead Time. Means the period of time between receipt of a Purchase Order and the time the Product is delivered to Buyer and/or its Affiliates at the Delivery Point, which shall be sixty (60) calendar days for all Products.

Lead Time. Shall mean the period of time between submission of an Order by Genzyme and delivery to Genzyme of the Products included in such Order. A description of Lead Times for each category of Product is set forth in Section 3.1 hereto.

Lead Time. Means the time period between the date of acceptance of an applicable Purchase Order (defined below) by Supplier and the date of shipment by Supplier of the applicable Products in connection with such Purchase Order. To the extent of quantities noted in forecasts issued by CUSTOMER to Supplier, the applicable lead time shall be no greater than […***…]; provided, however, Supplier shall use commercially reasonable efforts to shorten the lead time.

Lead Time. Shall mean the period of time expressed in weeks commencing on the date an order for a Wire Harness is placed with the Supplier by GE and ending upon delivery of such Wire Harness to GE. Such Lead Times are set forth in Exhibit D.

Lead Time. The minimum amount of time in advance of shipment that Jabil must receive a Build Schedule in order to deliver Product by the requested delivery date.

Lead Time. (i) with respect to Components, the number of calendar days between the date upon which a Purchase Order is received by SUPPLIER and the date upon which the relevant Components will be delivered; and (ii) with respect to Products, means the number of calendar days between the date upon which a Purchase Order is received by SUPPLIER and the date upon which the relevant Product is delivered to the shipping location designated by BUYER

Lead Time. The time period to be allowed between the receipt of a firm order by Novartis for the API or Products and its delivery date, which shall be, subject to Clause 12.3, for Products and for API

Lead Time. Means the time required for Avnet to assemble the Products after it has received an Order from Nutanix with a goal that for standard Products where Components are available in the Supermarket, the Lead Time shall be no more than [***].

Lead Time. The period quoted by Supplier, in the Supplier Quote, to Customer as the minimum notification period necessary to successfully fulfill an accepted Purchase Order
