Lead Time

Example Definitions of "Lead Time"
Lead Time. The minimum amount of time in advance of shipment that Jabil must receive a Build Schedule in order to deliver Product by the requested delivery date.
Lead Time. (i) with respect to Components, the number of calendar days between the date upon which a Purchase Order is received by SUPPLIER and the date upon which the relevant Components will be delivered; and (ii) with respect to Products, means the number of calendar days between the date upon which a Purchase Order is received by SUPPLIER and the date upon which the relevant Product is delivered to the shipping location designated by BUYER
Lead Time. The time period to be allowed between the receipt of a firm order by Novartis for the API or Products and its delivery date, which shall be, subject to Clause 12.3, for Products and for API
