Lease Termination

Lease Termination. With respect to each Lease, a Lease Termination Agreement between the applicable Seller, as Lessor, the applicable Buyer, as Lessee, and Extendicare and/or ALC, as applicable, as Guarantor, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, to be executed and delivered by such Seller, as Lessor, such Buyer, as Lessee, and Extendicare and/or ALC, as applicable, as Guarantor, on the Closing Date.
