Lease Transaction. Shall mean each lease of a Container to be transported by FedEx or its Affiliates hereunder, and the provision of any Related Goods and Services, pursuant to an Order that is accepted by CryoPort in accordance with Section 4 as evidenced by an Order Confirmation.
