Example Definitions of "Lease Year Commencement Date"
Lease Year Commencement Date. The Commencement Date, if such date shall be on the first day of a calendar month, or, if the Commencement Date does not fall on the first day of a calendar month, then, Lease Year Commencement Date shall mean the first day of the first calendar month following that month in which the Commencement Date falls.
