Lease Year

Lease Year. Each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Commencement Date or each subsequent anniversary thereof

Lease Year. That period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months that commences on the first day of the calendar month in which the Lease Commencement Date occurs, and each consecutive twelve (12) month period thereafter. The earliest such twelve (12) month period shall be referred to as the "first Lease Year" and each of the following Lease Years shall similarly be numbered for identification purposes.

Lease Year. The twelve (12)-month period commencing on the Commencement Date and expiring on the first anniversary thereof and each subsequent twelve (12)-month period during the Term.

Lease Year. Each one (1) year period following the Effective Date during the Term

Lease Year. Shall mean each consecutive twelve (12) month period during the Term (as defined in Section 2 below) commencing on the Lease Commencement Date.

Lease Year. The twelve (12) calendar month period beginning on the Lease Year Commencement Date and on each anniversary thereof throughout the Term, except that the first Lease Year shall also include the period, if any, from the Commencement Date to the Lease Year Commencement Date.

Lease Year. Means (a) as to Lease Year 1, the period commencing on November 1, 2009 and terminating on December 31, 2010, and (b) each successive period of twelve (12) calendar months thereafter during the Term.

Lease Year. Means (i) the time from the Rent Commencement Date (as hereinafter defined) through the first (1st) full twelve (12) calendar month period, with respect to the first (1st) Lease Year, and (ii) each subsequent twelve (12) calendar month period.

Lease Year. The "first lease year" shall be the twelve (12) month period commencing on the Commencement Date, if the Commencement Date is the first day of a calendar month or, if the Commencement Date is other than on the first day of a calendar month, the period commencing on the Commencement Date and continuing through the last day of the twelfth full calendar month thereafter.
