Leased Premises

Leased Premises. Means the premises leased by LJH, Ltd. to Buyer pursuant to that certain Sublease Agreement dated of even date herewith.

Leased Premises. That portion of the Building containing approximately 38,728 square feet measured from the exterior surface of the exterior walls to the center of the interior walls.

Leased Premises. Shall mean the space leased by Tenant from Landlord pursuant to this Sublease Agreement and as more particularly described in Exhibit E. 4

Leased Premises. Shall mean the aggregate Net Rentable Area in each Property as set forth on Exhibit A hereto that shall be leased by Seller from Purchaser from and after the Closing Date pursuant to the terms of the Master Lease Agreement. The Leased Premises shall exclude the Vacate Space.

Leased Premises. Shall mean a collective reference to the Additional Parking Structure Parcel and the Tower Expansion Parcel.

Leased Premises. Has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Lease consisting of 3.579 acres and shall be a separate subdivided tax parcel.

Leased Premises. Has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Lease.

Leased Premises. And the Additional Leased Premises are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the "Leased Premises." All references in the Original Lease to the "Leased Premises" shall, except as otherwise provided in this Addendum, mean and refer hereafter to the Original Leased Premises and the Additional Leased Premises.

Leased Premises. Subject to all the terms and conditions set forth below, the Landlord and the Tenant hereby agree as follows.

Leased Premises. Means those certain premises more particularly described as part of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and cross-hatched on the copy of the Site Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and show on Exhibit "B-3", together with all further improvements now or to be constructed thereon, and all easements, rights, privileges and interests appurtenant thereto, the address of which is 302 Cox Creek Parkway, Major C, Florence, Alabama.
