Example Definitions of "Leased Property"
Leased Property. Means all real property that is leased or occupied pursuant to an easement by a Guarantor and its respective Subsidiaries, in each case, together with all fixtures and appurtenances thereon.
Leased Property. The term "Leased Property" shall mean and refer to the leaseholds of real property included among such Party's Assets and described as such Party's Leased Property on SCHEDULE 1.14. Reference to PARTY A Leased Property shall be deemed to refer to the Leased Property of PARTY A, and reference to PARTY B Leased Property shall be deemed to refer to the Leased Property of PARTY B, in each case, as included among such Party's Assets.
Leased Property. Means all leased items of Tangible Personal Property, including, items subject to any capital lease, operating lease, financing lease, or any similar agreement. All such Leased Property is set forth on Schedule "Leased Property" attached hereto.
Leased Property. As defined in the recitals hereto.
