Legal Requirement. Legal Requirement. Means applicable common law and any statute, ordinance, code or other law, rule, regulation, order, technical or other written standard, requirement, policy or procedure enacted, adopted, promulgated, applied or followed by any Governmental Authority, including any judgment or order and all judicial decisions applying common law or interpreting any other Legal Requirement, in each case, as amended.
Legal Requirement.
