Lemperle License. Shall mean the Exclusive License Agreement between Dr. Martin Lemperle, **** Frankfurt, Germany and the Company Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, 100 Headquarters Park Drive, Skillman, New Jersey 08558, United States of America, effective on or about February 10, 1997 and includes any and all amendments thereto.
