Lender Credit Documents

Lender Credit Documents. Shall mean the Lender Credit Agreement and any other agreements, instruments or other documents under which now or hereafter any of the Lender Liens are granted or any of the Lender Indebtedness is created, evidenced, guaranteed or secured and any modifications, restatements or refinancings thereof or replacements therefor.
