Lender Fee Letter. Collectively, (i) that certain Sixth Amended and Restated Lender Fee Letter, dated as of the First Amendment Effective Date, by and among the Lenders, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended or amended and restated from time to time, and (ii) any upfront fee letters entered into by and among any Lender and the Borrower.
