Lender Priority Collateral

Lender Priority Collateral. Shall mean all now owned and hereafter acquired Equipment of Debtor, including, without limitation, the Equipment described in the Lender Agreement, all embedded software, all additions, attachments, accessories and accessions to the forgoing, all user manuals and similar documentation, and all proceeds of the foregoing (including insurance proceeds) wherever located.
