Example Definitions of "LenderBorrower"
LenderBorrower. "Lender" and "Borrower" means those parties so designated hereinabove. If more than one party executes this Note as Borrower, all of the Page 1 duties and obligations of Borrower under this Note and under all of the other Loan Documents shall be the joint and several obligations of such parties.
