Lenders Representative. Shall initially mean Youssef El-Zein (a representative designated by Pillar Investments Ltd.) or, from time to time, a successor representative chosen by the holders of a majority (measured by dollar amount) of the Borrowers Obligations hereunder, outstanding from time to time.
