Lending Account. One or more marketplace lending investment accounts established by the Custodian on a Platform at the direction of the Fund pursuant to the Marketplace Lending Account Authorization and Initial Funding Direction in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, and funded pursuant to such Marketplace Lending Account Authorization and Initial Funding Direction and any Marketplace Lending Account Subsequent Funding Direction provided by the Fund in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B
