Lessees Work

Lessees Work. The work to be shown on the Working Drawings and done in connection with the conversion of approximately 8,000 square feet of Rentable Area of the Premises from warehouse space to laboratory space (the "New Laboratory Space") upon commencement of the Lease. All Lessee's Work shall be done at Lessee's expense in a good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with all Legal Requirements and the provisions of all applicable insurance policies.
