Letter Agreement

Letter Agreement. Means that certain letter agreement from Diller to Liberty, to be delivered in connection with the Spin-Off pursuant to the last sentence of Section 5.1 of the Stockholders Agreement.

Letter Agreement. The Letter Agreement dated December 14, 2021, among the Maker, Payee and the other parties thereto

Letter Agreement. That certain Executive Employment Term Sheet between Enable GP, LLC, on behalf of the Partnership and the Executive, dated December 29, 2013.

Part 30 (and, to the maximum extent consistent with the preceding, to permit operation of the Benefit Plans in accordance with their terms before giving effect to this letter agreement)

Letter Agreement. That certain Letter Agreement, dated May 24, 2021, between Sponsor, the Holders and Acquiror (as may be amended from time to time).
