Letter-of Credit Rights. The following terms which are defined in Article 9 are used herein as so defined: Accessions, Accounts, Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claims, Deposit Accounts, Documents, Equipment, General Intangibles, Goods, Instruments, Inventory, Investment Property, Letters of Credit, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Payment Intangibles, Proceeds, Promissory Notes, Software and Supporting Obligations.
Letter-of Credit Rights. Shall have the same respective meanings as are given to those terms in the UCC as presently in effect in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if not otherwise defined in this Agreement.
Letter-of Credit Rights. The meaning given in the Code, as such definition may be amended from time to time, and shall include, but not be limited to, a right to payment or performance under a letter of credit, whether or not beneficiary has demanded or is at the time entitled to demand payment or performance.
Letter-of Credit Rights. The definitions ascribed thereto from time to time by the UCC.
Letter-of Credit Rights. The respective meanings set forth in the Code.
