Level 3 Support

Example Definitions of "Level 3 Support"
Level 3 Support. Shall mean technical support primarily designed to correct Errors. Level 3 support shall not include either Level 2 or Level 1 Support.
Level 3 Support. Shall mean support that includes, to the extent possible, the resolution of Problems and the provision of Patches by Philips, all in accordance with good engineering practices and for which Philips shall initiate a resolution within a response time commensurate with the severity level described in Schedule E. 2
