Level

Level. Shall mean any of the Level I Period, Level II Period, Level III Period, Level IV Period, Level V Period, Level VI Period or Level VII Period, as the case may be. 3

Level. Means the particular group or category of Participants to which an individual Participant is assigned by the Committee for an applicable Year; provided, however, that for purposes of the Plan, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company shall be assigned to Level I.
