Leverage Ratio Certificate

Leverage Ratio Certificate. Means certificate of both the Chief Financial Officer and chief accounting officer of Med, setting forth and certifying as accurate and complete (i) a calculation of the Leverage Ratio for Med as of the end of the relevant fiscal period, and (ii) an Indebtedness Schedule as of the end of the relevant fiscal period.
