Leverage Ratio Limit. Shall be determined based upon Borrower's Leverage Ratio, calculated in accordance with Section 6.2 hereof, and shall be equal to the following dollar amounts: Borrower's Leverage Ratio Leverage Ratio Limit If Borrower's Leverage Ratio is less than or equal to 1.5 : 1.0 $1,500,000.00 If Borrower's Leverage Ratio is greater than 1.5 : 1.0, but less than or equal to 1.75 : 1.0 $1,000,000.00 If Borrower's Leverage Ratio is greater than 1.75 : 1.0 $500,000.00
