Green Equity Partners V, L.P., Green Equity Investors Side V, L.P, LGP Iceberg Co-Invest, LLC, and any other investment fund or related management company or general partner that is an affiliate of any of the foregoing entities (other than any Quintiles IMS Entity) or that is advised by the same investment adviser as any of the foregoing entities or by an affiliate of such investment adviser.
