Liabilities

Liabilities. Means all indebtedness, obligations and liabilities of each Debtor, howsoever created, arising or evidenced, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, joint or several, now or hereafter existing, or due or to become due.

Liabilities. Shall mean all present and future liabilities, obligations and indebtedness of Company to Bank, howsoever created, evidenced, existing or arising, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, joint or several, now or hereafter existing or arising, or due or to become due (including, but not limited to, the Note), and any and all extensions, renewals, amendments, modifications and/or restatements thereof.

Liabilities. Shall mean the liabilities and obligations of Obligor to STAAR pursuant to the Note and any full or part extensions or renewals thereof (whether greater or less than any such specified obligation), along with any reasonable costs and expenses incurred by STAAR in connection with any breach or default of Obligor under this Agreement.
