Liberty Agreement

Liberty Agreement. Means the Agreement, dated June 25, 2000, among the Company, UGC, Liberty Media International, Inc. and Liberty Media Corporation, as the same has been amended and as it in the future may be amended from time to time, and the definitive agreements contemplated thereby.
