Liberty Group

Liberty Group. Shall mean Liberty and each of the other Legal Entities that is or was at any time owned directly or indirectly by Liberty for all Taxable periods covered by this Agreement; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that such term shall not include any Legal Entity for such period as and to the extent that such Legal Entity is a member of the LSAT Group. 2

Liberty Group. Shall mean the Legal Entities that own or owned the assets, and are or were primarily responsible for the liabilities, tracked at any time by the TCI Ventures Group Tracking Stock, the Liberty Media Group Tracking Stock or the New Liberty Media Group Tracking Stock; provided, however, that (x) the Liberty Group shall not include any such Legal Entity for such period as and to the extent that the Legal Entity or its assets or liabilities are tracked by the AT&T Common Stock or the TCI Group... Liberty Group. Shall mean the Legal Entities that own or owned the assets, and are or were primarily responsible for the liabilities, (a) tracked (or to be tracked) by Liberty Media Group Tracking Stock or (b) otherwise included (or to be included) in the Liberty Media Group (as defined in the AT&T Charter) under the AT&T Charter, including any Legal Entity that owned such assets and was primarily responsible for such liabilities on or prior to the Issue Date.

Liberty Group. Means, collectively, the Liberty Holder and its respective Affiliates. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Liberty Group does not include any member of the Company Group or any member of the KKR Group.
