Liberty
Liberty. The meaning set forth in the Recitals
Liberty. Shall mean LMC; PROVIDED, that if LMC forms a new wholly owned corporation ("Holdco"), and LMC merges with a Legal Entity that is wholly owned by Holdco in a transaction in which the stockholders of LMC receive stock of Holdco, then from and after the effective time of such merger, the term "Liberty" shall mean Holdco for all purposes of this Agreement.
Liberty. Liberty Media and any successor (by merger, consolidation, transfer or otherwise) to all or substantially all of its assets.
