LIBOBased Rate. "LIBO-Based Rate" means the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) determined by the Lender to be equal to the sum of (a) the LIBO Rate for the Euro Dollar Amount and the Euro-Dollar Interest Period in question plus (b) .0300.
