Example Definitions of "LIBOR Advance Rate"
LIBOR Advance Rate. Means (i) with respect to Revolving Advances evidenced by the Revolving Note, an annual interest rate equal to the sum of LIBOR plus 4.50 percent, and (ii) with respect to Term Advances evidenced by the Term Note, an annual interest rate equal to the sum of LIBOR plus 4.50 percent.
LIBOR Advance Rate. Means an annual interest rate equal to the sum of Daily Three Month LIBOR, plus five and one-quarter percent (5.25%), which interest rate shall change whenever Daily Three Month LIBOR changes.
LIBOR Advance Rate. Means, effective November 1, 2012, an annual interest rate equal to the sum of Daily Three Month LIBOR, plus three and one half percent (3.50%), which interest rate shall change whenever Daily Three Month LIBOR changes.
LIBOR Advance Rate. Means, effective July 1, 2011, an annual interest rate equal to the sum of Daily Three Month LIBOR, plus four and three-quarters percent (4.75%), which interest rate shall change whenever Daily Three Month LIBOR changes.
LIBOR Advance Rate. Means an annual interest rate equal to the sum of LIBOR plus one and three-quarters of one percent (1.75%).
