LIBOR Option
LIBOR Option. As used herein, the LIBOR rate plus the applicable margin above is referred to as the "LIBOR Option" as in effect during the relevant LIBOR Period, and an Advance at the LIBOR Option during such period is a "LIBOR Option Advance."
