LIBOR Rate Loan

Example Definitions of "LIBOR Rate Loan"
LIBOR Rate Loan. A Loan (or Loans) that bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.
LIBOR Rate Loan. The Loan for the period(s) when the rate of interest applicable to the Loan is calculated by reference to the LIBOR Rate
LIBOR Rate Loan. Shall mean a Loan that bears interest at a LIBOR Rate. Each advance of funds hereunder, to the extent originally priced at the LIBOR Rate, shall be treated as a separate LIBOR Rate Loan.
LIBOR Rate Loan. Any Loan that accrues Interest at a LIBOR Rate, as determined by the Bank.
LIBOR Rate Loan. Means a Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.
LIBOR Rate Loan. Means any Loan the rate of interest applicable to which is based upon the LIBOR Rate.
LIBOR Rate Loan. Each portion of an Advance that bears interest at (i) a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate pursuant to Borrower's exercise of the LIBOR Option in accordance with Section 2.12, or (ii) the Adjusted Daily Reset LIBOR Rate.
