Example Definitions of "Libor Rate"
Libor Rate. The rate per annum determined by Bank (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest 1/16 of 1%) equal to the offered rate (and not the bid rate) for deposits in U.S. Dollars of amounts comparable to the LIBOR Rate Request Amount for the same period of time as the Interest Period selected by Borrower in the LIBOR Rate Request, as set forth on the LIBOR Reference Source at approximately 10:00 a.m. (Dallas, Texas time) on the first day of the applicable Interest Period.
Libor Rate. Libor Rate. Shall mean the rate of interest (rounded upwards if necessary to the next 100th of one percent) two (2) London Banking Days prior to a proposed LIBOR Advance, determined by the Bank to be the prevailing rate per annum at which deposits in United States dollars for an applicable period, determined by the Bank in its sole discretion, are offered by banks in the London Interbank Market.
Libor Rate. Libor Rate. Shall mean the one-month LIBOR Rate, as announced in the "Money Rates" section of the Wall Street Journal. Each change in the LIBOR Rate shall become effective on the date the rate is published.
Libor Rate. Means the One Month Libor and/or LIBOR, as applicable.

Libor Rate.
