License Effective Date

License Effective Date. Means, with respect to the License, the later of (i) the date on which BioGeneriX exercises the Option and (ii) if notification is required to be made under the HSR Act in respect of such grant, the expiration or earlier termination of any notice and waiting period under the HSR Act.

License Effective Date. Means the date on which HeartWare has made payment in full to World Heart of the License Fee following termination of the Merger Agreement as provided in Section 9.03(a) of the Merger Agreement.
