License Income. The gross amount actually received by either CERES or any AFFILIATED COMPANY in consideration for the grant of SUBLICENSES (defined below) to SUBLICENSEES (defined below) that are not AFFILIATED COMPANIES to produce and sell seed of the LICENSED VARIETIES, including up-front fees, lump sum payments and any running royalties on a product-by-product and jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction basis, without deduction of any kind
