License Revenues

License Revenues. With respect to the relevant fiscal period, the aggregate amount of royalties, fees, or other payments or consideration actually received by EC during such period from the sale or disposition of Products by any of EC's sublicensees or any other commercial exploitation by EC's sublicensees of the rights licensed to EC hereunder.
