License

License. Shall mean the exclusive worldwide license, including the right to sublicense, to make, to have made, to import, to use, to offer for sale, and to sell the Licensed Products (as hereinafter defined), and to practice the NYU Technology (as hereinafter defined) for the development, manufacture, use and sale of the Licensed Products.

License. Means, with respect to Defendants as the grantee, the ANDA License, and with respect to Plaintiff as the grantee, the NDA License.
