Licensed Assets

Licensed Assets. The existing FinTech and non-MVNO assets developed or acquired by Cuentas to operate the Fintech business, consisting of all of the related intellectual property, software, hardware, and equipment as generally described in Schedule A

Licensed Assets. Means software relating to Workflow and Content Functionality, in both Source Code and Object Code form, as constituted as of the Effective Date and which form part of the Printchannel Workflow Assets.

Licensed Assets. Means, collectively, the Matritech Patent Rights, the Matritech Trademark Rights and the MIT Patent Rights (each as defined in the Contingent License Agreement) and any other Intellectual Property from time to time subject to the grant of a license in favor of the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Contingent License Agreement.

Licensed Assets. The Licensed Technology, the Licensed Development Technology, the Licensed Trademarks, the Alliant Improvements, and the Improvement Patents

Licensed Assets. Means the Books and Records, Commercial Information, Medical Information, Know How, those Trademarks listed in Annex 1 Part B, and that is related to the commercialization and/or manufacture of the Products in the Territory and, in each case that is in existence, reasonably accessible and owned or controlled by Novartis and/or its Affiliates as at the Closing Date.

Licensed Assets. Has the meaning set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement.
