Licensed Backend Technology
Licensed Backend Technology. Means the eTest and sort backend wafer processing Technology used in the Facility as of the Closing Date, as described in Exhibit D, and any Licensed Improvements thereto made by Licensee as permitted by Section 2.1(d).
