Licensed Biological Materials. The term 'Licensed Biological Materials' shall mean the materials identified in Exhibit A and supplied by TSRI to Licensee, together with any progeny or mutants of such materials, or unmodified derivatives of such materials (defined as substances created by Licensee that constitute an unmodified functional sub-unit or product expressed by such materials).
