Licensed Biological Materials

Licensed Biological Materials. The term 'Licensed Biological Materials' shall mean the materials identified in Exhibit A and supplied by TSRI to Licensee, together with any progeny or mutants of such materials, or unmodified derivatives of such materials (defined as substances created by Licensee that constitute an unmodified functional sub-unit or product expressed by such materials).

Licensed Biological Materials. The term "Licensed Biological Materials" shall mean the materials supplied by TSRI (identified in Exhibit A) together with any progeny, mutants, or derivatives thereof supplied by TSRI or created by Licensee. All Licensed Biological Materials shall be deemed TSRI's Confidential Information whether or not marked as "confidential".

Licensed Biological Materials. The term "Licensed Biological Materials" shall mean the materials supplied by TSRI (identified in Exhibit A, as updated from time to time in accordance with this Agreement), together with any progeny, mutants, or derivatives thereof supplied by TSRI or created by Licensee. At Licensee's request from time to time, the parties shall cooperate in good faith to amend Exhibit A to add biological materials arising under the RFOA that constitute "Technology" (including, without limitation, "Joint...
