Licensed Field

Licensed Field. Shall mean all fields of use.

Licensed Field. Means the manufacture and sale of Products for use in Esprit Solutions Aviation and Aero Space Customer base, manufactured and sold by the entities listed in the attached Exhibit A ----------

Licensed Field. Shall mean treatment or prevention of psoriasis in humans. The definition of Licensed Field may be expanded from time to time pursuant to Section 4.2.

Licensed Field. Means the manufacture and sale of Products for use in (i) car antennas; (ii) cup holder heating elements; (iii) driver's seat heating elements; and (iv) light-emitting diode (LED) packs manufactured and sold by the entities listed in the attached Exhibit A, and such other uses as --------- may be agreed upon in writing and signed by the parties.

Licensed Field. As used herein means consumer oriented publications in Media which publications either bear advertising or are revenue generating or otherwise commercial in nature.

Licensed Field. Means the manufacture and sale of Products for use in home appliances manufactured and sold by the entities listed in the attached Exhibit A ----------

Licensed Field. Shall mean therapy of psoriasis in humans.

Licensed Field. Means the manufacture, sale or use of Thermal Accelerometer Products.

Licensed Field. Shall mean the diagnosis, prevention, management or treatment of any disease state or condition in humans.

Licensed Field. Means the treatment, palliation or prevention of all human diseases.
