The Licensed Patents, Patent Applications and Inventions and all know-how, namely, technical information, manufacturing techniques and other intellectual property rights relating to the inventions covered by the Licensed Patents, and all other patents, patent applications, inventions or other intellectual property rights of Vertegen existing as of the date hereof that are required for ConforMIS' exploitation of the licenses granted herein.
