Licensed Intellectual Property. Any Intellectual Property developed and owned by the Licensing Member that is used in the Business, including without limitation the Patents and any Improvements thereto created by the Licensing Member or the Company.
Licensed Intellectual Property. Whether now existing or developed or acquired during the Transition Period in connection with the manufacture of the Products, all of HJL's Intellectual Property, other than Purchased Intellectual Property, and all technology of HJL used in or helpful to the manufacture of the Products, other than the Purchased Technology.

Licensed Intellectual Property. Shall mean all Copyrights, Patents, Trademarks, technology rights and licenses, trade secrets, know-how, inventions, methods, techniques and other intellectual property any one or more Entities have or has the right to use in connection with its business or their respective businesses, as applicable, pursuant to license, sublicense, agreement or permission.
