Licensed IP. The Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

Licensed IP. The Licensed IP (as defined in the License Agreement) licensed to RBT PRO pursuant to the License Agreement and in turn licensed to RBT under this Agreement and to WBRDC under the WBRDC Sublicense Agreement.

Licensed IP. Means, collectively, the Licensed Patents, Licensed Know How and Licensed Products, and all intellectual property rights therein.

Licensed IP. Means the intellectual property rights of QPC set forth in Exhibit C relating to the Products.

Licensed IP. Means all Intellectual Property owned or held under license by WorldGate which has been used by WorldGate (i) immediately prior to the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the term of the Reseller Agreement in connection with the use and operation of Purchased Phones purchased by Aequus thereunder, or (ii) in the performance of Support Services hereunder, including in each case Intellectual Property developed or acquired by WorldGate pursuant to an SOW.

Licensed IP. Means the Licensed Patents and Other IP.
